Dissolved Oxygen Sources
Two sources of dissolved oxygen are plants in the water and the waters contact with the atmosphere. As shown above, the cycle of CO2 and O2 change from day to night. During the day there is more oxygen in the water because that's when the sun is out and plants are able to go through photosynthesis which releases oxygen.
